Returns Policy
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. All returned items must be:
1. UNUSED
2. IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION
3. IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
To process your return, please email info@thehoogashop.com with the subject title, “RETURN” and the following information:
1. The name or email you used to place the order.
2. The order number.
3. Reason for your return.
4. Photos of the defect or damage (if any).
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds may take 5-10 business days or longer to process, depending on your bank.
